Privacy Policy
Joy With Wealth ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website joywithwealth.com and is led by Col Daljeet Rupaal, Wealth Abundance Strategist. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you interact with our website and services.
1.1 Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal identification information: Name, email address, phone number, and other details you voluntarily provide when you book a consultation or contact us.
- Financial information you choose to share: Details about your income, expenses, goals, and circumstances that you provide during a consultation or program, so that we can guide you. You share this voluntarily.
- Payment information: If you enrol in a paid program, your payment is processed by Razorpay Payment Gateway, a Govt of India approved payment service. Your card or banking details are collected and processed by them — we do not store your card details on our servers.
- Scheduling data: When you book a consultation, your name, email, and selected time slot may be collected by Calendly.com, our scheduling provider, and shared with us and Zoom.com.
- Usage data: Information about how you use our website, such as pages visited and referral sources, collected via analytics tools only after you consent (see Cookies below).
1.2 Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Razorpay — Payment processing for paid programs. Your payment data is handled securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Calendly — Appointment scheduling for your free consultation. Collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences.
- Zoom — Video conferencing for consultations and sessions. May collect your name, email, and meeting participation details.
- Brevo — Email communications. Your email address and name may be stored for the purpose of sending you updates and resources.
- Google Analytics — Website analytics (loaded only after consent). Collects anonymised usage data.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — Advertising analytics (loaded only after consent). Helps us measure and optimise our ads.
- GitHub Pages — Website hosting. GitHub may collect server logs, including IP addresses.
We self-host our fonts and front-end libraries, so loading our pages does not, by itself, send your data to those providers.
1.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies only with your consent, to:
- Remember your cookie preferences.
- Analyse website traffic and usage patterns (Google Analytics) — only after you accept analytics cookies.
- Measure advertising performance (Meta Pixel) — only after you accept marketing cookies.
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies separately. No analytics or marketing scripts load until you explicitly accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in our footer, or through your browser settings.
1.4 Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our website is served over HTTPS, and payments are handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
1.5 Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact and communication data may be retained for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, unless you request earlier deletion.
1.6 Your Rights Under India's DPDP Act 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a summary of such data.
- Right to Correction and Erasure: You may request correction of inaccurate data or erasure of data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.
- Right to Grievance Redressal: You may raise concerns about our data processing practices and expect timely resolution.
- Right to Nominate: You may nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we process your data based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time — including cookie consent, which you can change or revoke at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in our footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@joywithwealth.com.
