Privacy Policy

Joy With Wealth ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website joywithwealth.com and is led by Col Daljeet Rupaal, Wealth Abundance Strategist. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you interact with our website and services.

1.1 Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal identification information: Name, email address, phone number, and other details you voluntarily provide when you book a consultation or contact us.
  • Financial information you choose to share: Details about your income, expenses, goals, and circumstances that you provide during a consultation or program, so that we can guide you. You share this voluntarily.
  • Payment information: If you enrol in a paid program, your payment is processed by Razorpay Payment Gateway, a Govt of India approved payment service. Your card or banking details are collected and processed by them — we do not store your card details on our servers.
  • Scheduling data: When you book a consultation, your name, email, and selected time slot may be collected by Calendly.com, our scheduling provider, and shared with us and Zoom.com.
  • Usage data: Information about how you use our website, such as pages visited and referral sources, collected via analytics tools only after you consent (see Cookies below).

1.2 Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • Razorpay — Payment processing for paid programs. Your payment data is handled securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Calendly — Appointment scheduling for your free consultation. Collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences.
  • Zoom — Video conferencing for consultations and sessions. May collect your name, email, and meeting participation details.
  • Brevo — Email communications. Your email address and name may be stored for the purpose of sending you updates and resources.
  • Google Analytics — Website analytics (loaded only after consent). Collects anonymised usage data.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — Advertising analytics (loaded only after consent). Helps us measure and optimise our ads.
  • GitHub Pages — Website hosting. GitHub may collect server logs, including IP addresses.

We self-host our fonts and front-end libraries, so loading our pages does not, by itself, send your data to those providers.

1.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies only with your consent, to:

  • Remember your cookie preferences.
  • Analyse website traffic and usage patterns (Google Analytics) — only after you accept analytics cookies.
  • Measure advertising performance (Meta Pixel) — only after you accept marketing cookies.

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies separately. No analytics or marketing scripts load until you explicitly accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in our footer, or through your browser settings.

1.4 Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our website is served over HTTPS, and payments are handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

1.5 Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact and communication data may be retained for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, unless you request earlier deletion.

1.6 Your Rights Under India's DPDP Act 2023

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a summary of such data.
  • Right to Correction and Erasure: You may request correction of inaccurate data or erasure of data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.
  • Right to Grievance Redressal: You may raise concerns about our data processing practices and expect timely resolution.
  • Right to Nominate: You may nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we process your data based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time — including cookie consent, which you can change or revoke at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in our footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@joywithwealth.com.

1.7 Grievance Officer & Contact

If you have questions, concerns, or complaints about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your personal data, you may contact our Grievance Officer:

Grievance Officer: Col Daljeet Rupaal, Proprietor, Joy With Wealth

Email: contact@joywithwealth.com

Address: Zirakpur, Punjab, 140603, India

We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and to resolve them within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.

1.8 Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

1.9 Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect you, we will take reasonable steps to contain it and will notify you and the relevant authorities as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.

2

Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident at every step. Our refund terms are set out below.

2.1 Free Consultation

Your initial one-on-one consultation (the Discovery Call) is completely free. There is nothing to pay for it, and therefore nothing to refund. You are under no obligation to continue beyond it.

2.2 Paid Program (Wealth Abundance Blue Print)

If you choose to enrol in a paid workshop or program after your free consultation, the applicable fees will be communicated to you clearly before you enrol. The following applies to those fees:

  • Full refund during the three-day workshop: For the paid workshop, you may request a full refund of the fees paid at any time before, during, or by the end of the three-day workshop — no questions asked.
  • No refund after completion: Once the three-day workshop has been completed, or any later workshop or session has been delivered, the fee for that delivered portion is non-refundable, as time, materials, and personal proprietary guidance would already have been allocated/delivered.

2.3 Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds are credited back to your original payment method, through Razorpay where that was the method of payment.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • To request a refund, email us at contact@joywithwealth.com with your payment details and reason for the request.

Financial Disclaimer

Important: Please read this disclaimer carefully before using our services or acting on any information provided on this website.

3.1 Educational and Coaching Service

Joy With Wealth provides financial education and coaching. Our consultations, workshops, and the Wealth Abundance Blue Print program are designed to help you build knowledge, habits, and a plan for your own financial life. They are general and educational in nature and are not personalised, regulated investment advice. All decisions you make are your own.

3.2 No Guarantee of Results

Any strategies, approaches, or examples discussed on this website or during our sessions are subject to risk and to your own circumstances and effort. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, return, level of income, or savings. The financial markets and personal results are inherently unpredictable.

3.3 Past Performance

Any references to past performance, historical data, or case studies are provided for illustrative purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and there may be odd instances where returns may be less than you invested.

3.4 Not SEBI-Registered Investment Advice

Joy With Wealth and Col Daljeet Rupaal are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Col Daljeet Rupaal (legal name: Daljeet Singh Rupaal) is an NISM-certified Mutual Fund Distributor registered with AMFI (ARN-177947), and an IRDAI-licensed individual insurance agent of Axis Max Life Insurance Limited (IRDAI Registration No. 104; advertisement ref. ARN/Web/13122024). Whatever assistance we provide should not be construed as personalised investment advice regulated under SEBI guidelines. For specific investment decisions, you should consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. Where we help you access mutual funds, we do so as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (see Disclosure), and not as a regulated adviser.

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully.

3.5 Risk Factors

Financial decisions and investments involve various risks, including but not limited to:

  • Market risk: The value of investments may fluctuate with market conditions.
  • Credit risk: An issuer may fail to meet its financial obligations.
  • Liquidity risk: You may not be able to sell an investment at the desired time or price.
  • Inflation risk: Inflation may erode the purchasing power of your returns over time.
  • Regulatory risk: Changes in laws, regulations, or tax policies may affect outcomes.

3.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joy With Wealth, its proprietor, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services, reliance on information provided, or any decisions made based on our guidance. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. You acknowledge that all financial decisions are made at your own risk and discretion. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

  • Direct-selling opportunities — opportunities offered by companies engaged in direct selling in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. These are handled separately from this website.

We may act as a distributor, agent, or referral partner for these, and may receive commissions, distribution fees, or referral income as a result. These relationships may create a conflict of interest. We aim to be transparent about them and to introduce only options we genuinely believe can serve you; nonetheless, you should evaluate any product independently and on its own merits. Insurance-related grievances may also be raised with the insurer or with the IRDAI, including via its Bima Bharosa portal.
